NSIGNIS Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using NSIGNIS OSIDECK (the "Dashboard"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Dashboard.
2. What the Dashboard is
NSIGNIS's OSIDECK aggregates open-source information; weather, seismic and natural events, news and political-stability signals, conflict assessments, market rates, transport and geospatial context into a single situational-awareness view. It is an orientation tool, not an authority. Some content is live third-party data; some is explicitly labeled model, indicative, curated or cached and represents heuristic estimates authored by NSIGNIS LTD, not verified reporting.
3. No reliance; not advice
NSIGNIS LTD makes every effort to collect and analyze reliable information; nevertheless the Dashboard may be incomplete, delayed, modeled or wrong. Do not rely solely on the Dashboard for any decision affecting safety, security, travel, finance, health or legal position. Always verify against official channels, local authorities and primary sources. Nothing on the Dashboard constitutes security, financial, investment, legal, medical or travel advice, and the alerting features are not a life-safety warning system.
4. NSIGNIS LTD additional data layers, preauthorization required
The Dashboard's "Add layer" feature offers connection to NSIGNIS LTD proprietary layers, including NSIGNIS LTD Intelligence and NSIGNIS LTD Sensory. These layers are not public features:
- Activation is conditioned on prior written authorization ("preauthorization") by NSIGNIS LTD and on any separate agreement governing that authorization.
- Access codes are issued by NSIGNIS LTD to the authorized party only, are confidential and non-transferable, and may be suspended or revoked by NSIGNIS LTD at any time.
- Entering, sharing, guessing or attempting to derive access codes without preauthorization — or probing the layer endpoints — is prohibited and may violate applicable computer-misuse laws.
- Content delivered through NSIGNIS LTD layers may be subject to additional confidentiality and handling restrictions communicated with the authorization.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Dashboard to plan or facilitate unlawful activity or harm to persons or property; (b) scrape, resell or systematically redistribute the Dashboard or the third-party feeds it presents in violation of the providers' terms; (c) interfere with, overload or probe the Dashboard or any connected service; (d) remove or obscure source labels, model labels or legal notices; or (e) misrepresent Dashboard content as official government or emergency information.
6. Third-party services
The Dashboard relies on third-party services (including Open-Meteo, USGS, GDELT, NASA EONET, GDACS, OpenStreetMap and related geocoders, ECB/Frankfurter, open.er-api, jsDelivr, CoinGecko, adsb.fi, Wikipedia, cdnjs and Reddit). Your use of data originating from those services is additionally subject to their terms and licenses. NSIGNIS LTD is not responsible for their availability, accuracy or conduct, and may add, change or remove providers at any time.
7. Intellectual property
The Dashboard's design, code, arrangement, analytical text and NSIGNIS LTD marks are owned by NSIGNIS LTD or its licensors (see the Copyright Policy). Third-party data remains the property of its respective owners.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE DASHBOARD IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NSIGNIS LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON DASHBOARD CONTENT, UNAVAILABILITY OF THE DASHBOARD, OR ACTIONS TAKEN OR NOT TAKEN ON THE BASIS OF THE DASHBOARD.
10. Indemnity
You will indemnify NSIGNIS LTD against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your unauthorized use of NSIGNIS LTD layers or access codes, or your violation of third-party provider terms.
11. Changes; termination
NSIGNIS LTD may modify the Dashboard or these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance. NSIGNIS LTD may restrict or terminate access — including revoking layer preauthorization — where these Terms are breached.
