NSIGNIS Copyright Policy
1. NSIGNIS owned material
The NSIGNIS OSIDECK dashboard its visual design (including the ice-glass interface system), source code, layout and arrangement, card architecture, model methodologies, curated assessments (such as conflict-theatre summaries and advisory texts), the NSIGNIS LTD Agent content, and the NSIGNIS and NSIGNIS OSIDECK names and logos — is © NSIGNIS LTD, all rights reserved. Except as expressly permitted below or by separate written license, no part of the NSIGNIS-owned material may be reproduced, distributed, modified or used to create derivative works.
2. Permitted use
You may view the Dashboard, share links to it, and use screenshots for internal, non-commercial situational-awareness purposes provided NSIGNIS attribution and all source/model labels remain visible. Any other use, including commercial republication, white-labeling or embedding, requires prior written permission from NSIGNIS LTD.
3. Third-party data and attribution
The Dashboard displays material owned by third parties under their respective licenses and terms. Ownership is not claimed by NSIGNIS LTD, and reuse of this material is governed by the original licenses:
- OpenStreetMap | map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, Open Database License (ODbL); tiles per OSM tile-usage policy. Geocoding via Nominatim and Photon derives from OSM data.
- Leaflet | map library, BSD-2-Clause license, served via cdnjs.
- Open-Meteo | weather, air-quality and geocoding data, CC BY 4.0.
- USGS | earthquake feeds, United States public-domain data.
- NASA EONET / GDACS | natural-event feeds under their respective open-data terms.
- GDELT Project | news metadata and geo signals under GDELT's terms of use.
- ECB via Frankfurter, jsDelivr currency CDN, open.er-api | exchange-rate data under their respective terms.
- CoinGecko | cryptocurrency data under CoinGecko's terms.
- adsb.fi | community flight data under its usage terms.
- Wikipedia | nearby-places titles, CC BY-SA; linked articles carry their own licenses.
4. News headlines
Headlines shown in the Critical Headlines and economic wire modules remain the property of their publishers (including the Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, Yahoo Finance, Calcalist and outlets indexed via GDELT and Reddit). The Dashboard displays titles and links only, as references to the original reporting; the full articles are available solely from the publishers under their own terms and paywalls.
5. Trademarks
NSIGNIS LTD, NSIGNIS OSIDECK and associated logos are marks of NSIGNIS LTD. Third-party names appearing in the Dashboard (Google Maps, MarineTraffic, VesselFinder, FlightRadar24 and others) are marks of their respective owners, used only to identify link destinations, without implying endorsement.
6. Infringement notices
If you believe material displayed on the Dashboard infringes your copyright, notify [email protected] with: (a) identification of the work; (b) the location of the material on the Dashboard; (c) your contact details; (d) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner. NSIGNIS LTD will review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material.
7. Reservation
All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
License references above reflect the providers' published terms as of the update date; providers may change their terms independently of NSIGNIS LTD.
