NSIGNIS STUDIO is a content platform service built and managed by NSIGNIS LTD.

This Privacy Policy covers studio.nsignis.com, (collectively, “NSIGNIS STUDIO”, “NSIGNIS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Our platform provides online video hosting, sharing and related services through our owned-and-operated websites, including nsignis.com and/or studio.nsignis.com, branded applications for mobile and connected devices, and embeddable video players (collectively, the “services”). We refer to your information as "your data".
By registering for, downloading, sharing content and/or using our services, you accept this Privacy Policy, which is part of our Terms of Service. We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. Profile Information
You may need to create an account to view specific information. you must provide a valid email address and password. In some cases, we may also collect information to confirm your age. We do this to maintain user safty and to make sure that you meet our minimum age requirements. Depending on your location, this may include:
- Your confirmation that you are over a certain age.
- A temporary selfie used with technology that estimates your age.
- Information from a government-issued ID, if you upload one for verification.
- Information from a payment card, used only to help confirm your age to access certain features.
- In some regions, you may not be able to create an account or continue using our services unless you successfully verify that you meet the minimum requirements.
All third-party service providers with access to personal data are subject to confidentiality obligations and security requirements commensurate with the sensitivity of the data handled.
05 / RETENTION
Data Retention
We retain deleted content on our servers for a short period, should you wish to reverse deletion. Once we delete content, we may not be able to recover it. If you have deemed your content as public, the content or its thumbnail may continue to be discoverable in a search engine's cache for a time.
We may retain logs of automatically collected information; your email address; your tax information; communications with you; and your transactional information (for auditing, tax, and financial purposes).
If we receive legal action pertaining to your profile and/or content, we will retain your information and data for as long as we in good faith believe is necessary to comply with the legal action. Similarly, if we believe that your profile and content are involved in wrongdoing, we may preserve your information and data to defend or assert our rights.

Financial Information
To access paid content, you may need to provide a valid payment method (e.g., credit card) and billing address. We do not directly collect or store financial information ourselves in the ordinary course of processing transactions. If we process purchase through a third-party platform, the payment method stored with the third-party platform will be charged.

Except where NSIGNIS STUDIO and/or affiliated companies is the video owner, NSIGNIS STUDIO will not use any information you share for direct marketing purposes.
We share your profile and content to others or as you instruct and/or have granted content access.
If you share content through a business profile email address or email address assigned to you by an organization, we may share your personal information (e.g., name, email address) with such organization.
We may access information about your business profile activity, including your content viewing history.
We may manage and change the content you share, including profile information and control your ability to view, edit, or delete content.

You may use our service via third-party sites. (you may watch a video that is embedded on a third-party site). This Privacy Policy covers our platform and video players, but does not cover any third-party site or any third-party video player.

Location of Data & Processing
NSIGNIS STUDIO is based in Sofia, Bulgaria
We provide services globally using computer systems, servers, and databases located in the EU and other countries. When you use our services from outside of the EU, your information may be transferred to and processed in the EU.
In accordance with applicable international data protection laws, we may transfer your personal information from your home country to the EU (or other countries) when could not provide our services or comply with our legal obligations without transferring your personal information to the EU.
