NSIGNIS STUDIO is a content platform service built and managed by NSIGNIS LTD.

NSIGNIS STUDIO respects intellectual property rights and is committed to protecting the creative work of its contributors, partners, and rights holders. This Copyright and Content Policy ("Policy") governs the use, distribution, and protection of all video, media, and intellectual property ("Content") hosted, shared, or accessed through the NSIGNIS STUDIO Platform and/or website ("Platform"). The Platform serves intelligence professionals, researchers, government organizations, defense contractors, technology and industry experts.

This Policy establishes the rights, obligations, and restrictions applicable to all users, including Content Creators, Conten owners, Distributors, and Viewers. By accessing or using the Platform, all users agree to comply with this Policy and applicable laws.

We retain the right to promptly remove content when properly notified that the content infringe a third party's copyright. We will also, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of repeat copyright infringers.

Definition of IP

Intellectual Property refers to all original works of authorship, including but not limited to:

• Videos, audio recordings, and multimedia presentations.

• Trademarks, service marks, and trade names.

Recognition of IP Rights

The Platform acknowledges and respects the intellectual property rights of all Content Creators, Content owners, rights holders, and third parties. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of protected Content is strictly prohibited.

02 / CONTENT

Ownership of content

Unless otherwise stated, all original content published on NSIGNIS STUDIO web site and/or platform and/or App, including but not limited to:

is protected by applicable international copyright laws and remains the property of NSIGNIS STUDIO or its respective creators and licensors.

Nothing contained on this platform transfers ownership of intellectual property to platform's users and/or viewers.

2.1 / Ownership

Copyright ownership

Content Creators and/or Content Owners retain full ownership of their original Content uploaded to the Platform, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Platform does not claim ownership of user-generated Content but requires a license to host, display, and distribute such Content as permitted under this Policy.

All original Content created by the Platform (e.g., platform interfaces, proprietary tools, and branded materials) is owned exclusively by the Platform and protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

User-Submitted content

Creators retain ownership of the original content they share on NSIGNIS STUDIO.

By sharing content, the creator grants NSIGNIS STUDIO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Host and store the content.
• Display previews and thumbnails.
• Encode and optimize media.
• Stream the content to authorized viewers.
• Promote the content within the platform.
• Archive or back up content for operational purposes.

This license remains in effect until the content is permanently removed from NSIGNIS STUDIO servers and/or other thirs party service providers, except where retention is required by law, contractual obligations, or legitimate operational needs.

03 / Distribution

Distribution rights

Internal Distribution: Authorized users may access and share Content within the Platform’s closed environment.

External Distribution: Requires explicit permission from the Content Creator and/or rights owner.

The Platform operates under a non-exclusive licensing model, allowing Content Creators and/or Content Owners to retain the right to share and distribute their Content through other channels.

Content Creators and/or Content Owners may grant exclusive rights to the Platform for specific Content, subject to a separate written agreement. Exclusive Content will be clearly marked and restricted from external distribution without Platform approval.

04 / Responsibilities

Creator responsibilities

Users sharing content represent and warrant that:

• They own the copyright or possess all necessary rights to publish the material.
• The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights.
• Any music, images, footage, graphics, documents, or third-party materials included in the content are properly licensed or used with permission.
• The content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

05 / Restrictions

Restricted use

Without prior written permission from the copyright owner, users and/or content sharing users may not:

• Copy or reproduce videos.
• Download protected content where downloading is not expressly permitted.
• Unless enabled, redistribute platform content.
• Modify or create derivative works.
• Commercially exploit any material hosted on NSIGNIS STUDIO web site, App and/or affiliated services.
• Remove copyright notices, watermarks, or ownership information.
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract copyrighted material.

Unauthorized use may result in content sharing suspension, legal action, or both.

06 / Fair Use

Fair use

Certain content may be reproduced where permitted under applicable copyright exceptions, including:

• Research.
• Academic commentary.
• Criticism.
• News reporting.
• Education.
• Remove copyright notices, watermarks, or ownership information.
• Public interest analysis.

Content sharing users are solely responsible for ensuring their use qualifies under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

07 /Infringement

Copyright infringement

If you believe copyrighted material has been published on NSIGNIS STUDIO without authorization, you may submit a Copyright Notice containing:

• Your full name.
• Organization (if applicable).
• Contact information.
• Identification of the copyrighted work.
• URL(s) or other reference of the allegedly infringing material.
• A description of the infringement.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
• A statement that the information provided is accurate
• Your electronic and/or physical signature and/or corporate stamp.

Incomplete notices may delay processing.

08 / Review

Review Process

Upon receiving a valid copyright complaint, NSIGNIS STUDIO may:

• Review the reported content.
• Contact the content owner for additional information.
• Temporarily restrict access to the material.
• Remove infringing content.
• Suspend or terminate repeat infringers.
• Cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities where required.

NSIGNIS STUDIO reserves the right to act at its discretion while respecting applicable legal obligations.

If content has been removed in error, the content owner may submit a Counter Notification explaining why they believe the material was removed incorrectly. It should include:

• Full name.
• Contact information.
• Identification of the removed content.
• A statement made in good faith explaining why removal was incorrect.
• Consent to the applicable legal jurisdiction where required by law.
• Electronic signature.

Content that repeatedly violate copyright laws may be subject to:

• Temporary suspension.
• Permanent removal of shared content.
• Permanent account/content termination.
• Restriction from sharing future content.

NSIGNIS STUDIO reserves the right to determine what constitutes repeated infringement. NSIGNIS STUDIO reserves the right to:

• Remove content suspected of infringing intellectual property rights.
• Restrict access to disputed content.
• Suspend platform privileges pending investigation.
• Refuse publication of material where ownership cannot be reasonably verified.

• Appropriate disclosures are made where required.

NSIGNIS STUDIO reserves the right to require clarification regarding AI-generated material.
